Role:Quality Inspector

Qualifications

:Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification preferred

.Strong knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods and inspection techniques

.Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing inspection, quality assurance, or a related field

.Proficiency in reading engineering blueprints, welding symbols, and GD&T

.Experience with inspection tools

.Familiarity with industry standards (AWS D1.1, ASME Section IX, ISO 9001, etc.)

.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently

.Excellent documentation and communication skills

.Certifications in NDT methods (e.g., Level I or II in PT, MT, UT, or RT) are a plus

.Strong manufacturing experience and a desire to learn required

w:The Quality Inspector will ensure all products and processes meet company standards and customer specifications. The ideal candidate will have Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) credentials (preferred) and proficiency in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods, including Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), and Ultrasonic Testing (UT). The Quality Inspector must have a strong understanding of Non-Destructive Testing methods, and proven expertise in inspection techniques for manufacturing processes.
