What You'll DoInspection & Quality Verification
  • Inspect aviation parts, assemblies, raw materials, and finished products under supervision.
  • Verify compliance with engineering specifications, blueprints, diagrams, and engineering orders.
  • Operate inspection equipment, measuring devices, and testing instruments as required.
  • Identify and document non-conforming conditions and quality concerns.
Quality Control & Documentation
  • Approve or reject manufacturing work based on established quality standards.
  • Communicate inspection findings effectively with manufacturing and engineering teams.
  • Complete inspection reports and required documentation accurately and thoroughly.
  • Follow all work instructions, procedures, policies, and quality processes.
Manufacturing Support
  • Collaborate with production teams to help maintain quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  • Assist with entry-level inspections in assigned production areas.
  • Interpret basic blueprints and manufacturing drawings with guidance and support.
  • Contribute to a culture focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Required QualificationsMinimum Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 0-1 years of experience in manufacturing, quality inspection, production, or a related field.
  • Basic computer skills, including:
    • Microsoft Word
    • Microsoft Excel
    • Microsoft Outlook
  • Ability to use basic measuring tools such as:
    • Calipers
    • Scales
    • Tape measures
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to accurately complete required inspection documentation.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
  • Ability to regularly lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment, including safety glasses and gloves.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, sit, kneel, squat, carry, and move throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to:
    • Dust
    • Machine heat cycles
    • Mild chemical odors
    • Adhesives
    • Lacquer thinner
    • Proseal and similar materials
