Job description

One of the largest companies in their industry is currently seeking a Quality Inspector for a full-time temporary to permanent position in Attleboro, MA.

Responsibilities of Quality inspector include:

-Perform visual and measurement testing on products at various stages and confirm specifications

-Approve incoming, in-process, and finished products based on inspection results

-Re-turn and rework products that do not meet inspection standards

-Make recommendations for new procedures to streamline processes and increase quality

-Identify and resolve discrepancies and issues as they arise

-Enter quality inspection data into database

Create and maintain all documentation and records

-Perform other related tasks as assigned

Requirements of Quality Inspector:

-Minimum 5 years of quality control experience preferred

-Possess knowledge of International Standard ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems a plus.

-Past experience using as micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, force gages

-Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

-Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings

-Knowledgeable of GD&T, and must understand the x, y, z coordinate system.

-Great attention to detail

Hours: 3:45pm-12:15am Monday-Thursday

Pay Rate: $23-25/ hour based on experience
