Job description

Summary

Inspect aerospace machining products to ensure quality standards and specifications are

met. Using Hand tools, CMM and other inspection equipment to meet all customer

requirements.


Primary Duties

Direct work with Operations team to assure quality products are provided

Inspection of good produced to customer specifications

Ability to run the CMM and other inspection tools

Experience with FAI requirements and submittals

Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Proven knowledge Quality in an Aerospace Manufacturing environment

Strong written and verbal skills

Experience with analytic tools, such as spreadsheets and database managers

Ability to read and interpret technical documents


Requirements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Quality Role

Degree in Relevant Field preferred

Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and Database

Physical Requirements/Work Environment

Ability to move through facility and up and down stairs

Ability to lift 40 lbs.

Ability to visually see hard copy customer/engineering specifications

Ability to hear and respond to Customer’s via telephone and in person

Minimal travel required
