The Quality Inspector supports quality activities through product inspection, nonconformance management, and quality system requirements. This role works closely with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure products meet specifications and customer expectations.Key Responsibilities:1.)Perform assembly and cable/wire physical inspections to assure product conformity to specifications and record data.2.)Complete first article inspection reports through direct measurement activities.3.)Create certificates of conformance to support product requirements.4.)Manage collection of and inspection of production samples and storage activities.5.)Assist with filing activities.6.)Complete identified cross training with internal resources on personal areas of expertise.7.) Practice the 5s+1 methodology in the assigned area and common areas.8.)Manage all other duties as identified and required.Expectations:Promote safety and follow company policies.Support continuous improvement in safety, quality, and innovation.Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct.Skills & Competencies:Technical knowledge and problem-solving ability.Proficiency with Microsoft Office.Strong communication and initiative.Advanced English proficiency (C1).Work Environment & Physical Requirements:Office and production floor environment (PPE required).Standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.Must meet standard vision requirements.Schedule & Travel:Monday–Friday, hours may vary.Up to 25% travel.No relocation provided.Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED.ASQ Certified Quality Inspector (preferred).3 years in manufacturing.Preferred:ASQ Certified Quality Inspector .Calibration experience.
