About This Role

The QA/QI Nurse position at Strong Memorial Hospital is a part-time role focused on managing quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives within the Otolaryngology department. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to contribute to patient care excellence through data analysis and collaboration with healthcare teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives for the department.
  • Assist in phone triage and provide patient education on pre and post-surgical care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for enhancement.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize patient outcomes through effective initiatives.
  • Drive a culture of excellence, safety, and patient-centered care.
