Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor (Fabrication) to join our team in Louisville, KY. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that our fabrication processes meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

1st Shift: M-F

- This is a heavy structural quality control role at a premier fabrication shop in Louisville. More information will be given throuhgout the interview process.. If you have a passion for quality assurance and a knack for leading teams, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the quality control team to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of fabrication processes and finished products.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and provide training on quality standards.
  • Analyze quality data and prepare reports to communicate findings and recommendations to management.
  • Address and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal impact on production.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in quality control and fabrication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in quality control or assurance, preferably in a fabrication environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
