Responsibilities:
- You set-up and maintain the local quality management system complying with all Vibracoustic quality standards and customer specific requirements
- You initiate appropriate actions to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities related to products, processes, and quality systems
- You represent the needs of our customers in internal functions to increase overall customer satisfaction
- You lead and develop the local quality team to achieve best-in-class results
- As main customer interface for any quality-related claims you establish a professional customer complaint management analyzing root causes for any returns
- You coordinate internal/external customer and process audits monitoring the effectiveness of the VC Quality Management System
