Join a global leader in the fragrance and flavor industry! We're seeking a Quality Systems Specialist to help elevate food safety and quality programs at our Florence, KY location.
  • Maintain and improve quality and food safety systems.
  • Lead internal audits and monthly inspections.
  • Manage customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
  • Support certifications (Halal, Kosher, Organic) and regulatory audits.
  • Train staff on quality and safety protocols.
  • Conduct vendor audits and drive compliance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
  • 3+ years in Quality Assurance or Food Safety.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001/22000, FSSC 22000, FDA (PCQI preferred).
  • SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Auditor experience is a plus.
