Job description

We are seeking an Lab QC Inspector to join IQVIA's laboratory business at indianapolis, IN.

In this role, you will apply quality control expertise to evaluate, monitor, and recommend corrective actions for company procedures and processes, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Provide Quality Control (QC) documentation support to operations.
  • Perform QC review of documentation such as sample login binders, run binders, extraction paperwork, lab notebooks, data tables, and reports.
  • Participate in review of technical and QC SOPs to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Actively engage in QC educational programs, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with operations to improve quality systems and resolve non-compliance issues.
  • Manage and schedule assigned QC projects with minimal assistance.
  • Track and report deviation trends to management and recommend corrective actions.
  • Evaluate systems for gaps and communicate improvement strategies to management.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Laboratory experience in a GLP environment.
  • Knowledge of GLP regulations and quality review techniques.
  • Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Needed for This Role:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, frequent standing and walking, occasional sitting, close eye work requirement (computer, typing, reading small prints). Physical demands vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks. Occasional exposure to cold temperatures.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with word-processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently while maintaining effective relationships with coworkers and clients.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $46,200.00 - $96,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
