Graham is actively recruiting a Quality Inspector to support the Industrial & Infrastructure (I&I) Division. Reporting to Senior Quality Manager, this role provides assistance and technical support to senior project staff and conducting required Quality inspections oversight across a portfolio of projects, ensuring quality processes are effectively planned, executed, and completed on time. This role will focus on primarily on civil work and may require travelling and working on US Projects.

This role may require you to work on the US Projects.

 

Your Role in Building What Matters – From Office to Site 

  • Execute site inspections, ensure implementation and maintenance of Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP) & Test Plans (ITPs), and verify adherence to Project Specific Quality Plan (PSQP).
  • Develop, update, and coordinate Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), including identifying required inspection forms and incorporating project risk assessments ensure permits and prequalification are in place, and support overall quality planning and process improvement.
  • Conduct pre-install meetings, support project teams, ensure trades are certified, and facilitate subcontractor readiness and alignment.
  • Assist in managing and tracking the Deficiency Management Process; track deficiencies, issue/review Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Surveillance Reports, and maintain quality data systems (QNEX) including FSRs, CARs, and NCRs.
  • Facilitate subcontractor and worker quality related communication, such as pre install/preconstruction meetings, document reviews, and quality orientations.

 

The Right Tools for the Job 

  • Education: Post‑secondary education, trade certification, or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 3+ years of quality experience supporting large‑scale Industrial or Infrastructure construction projects
  • Software: Proficiency with MS Project, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook. Primavera P6 knowledge (good to have)
