Evergreen Innovation Group,part of the DPR Family of Companies, is seeking a motivatedQuality Control Coordinatorwho willassistin visually inspecting all products going through the factory within their assigned areas. This position requires a professional, courteous, and non-biased manner, with a "Team" approach.

The Quality Control Coordinator inspects product (including components and subcomponents) visually and with the use of aids including gauges, tape measures, a variety of inspection tools, etc. They willfinalize/provide a pass or fail outcome on all work. They help to create and upload documents into the company's data basepertaining toall quality processes (which includes the use of computers, iPad's, hard copies, if necessary, etc.). This is not "production"personnel, andthereforehavea separate reporting structure from production anddonot perform any production related work. Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work withqualitylead inspector to identify quality issues and help ensure the highest quality product.

  • Work professionally with area leads, production personnel, weld technicians (including robots), and "others" to report, address, and document quality issues and concerns.

  • Work professionally with other leads, production personnel, finishing crews (including other exterior personnel), and "others" to report, address, and document quality issues and concerns.

  • Document and track all quality inspections using electronic reportingapp, paperdocumentsand any other assigned method(s).

  • Read and understand production/finish details and spool sheets.

  • Help create and implement the proper quality check(s)utilizingtools.

  • Attend any training that aids in job functions (roles and responsibilities).

  • Manage andmaintaindocument creation, flow, distribution, and uploading (which may include digital and hard copies).

  • Aid intraining new and existing employees.

  • Meet quality inspection requirements toassistin production flow.

  • Document review,controland improvement.

  • Create a positive, respectful, and productive team atmosphere.

  • Maintain and provide a clean and organized work environment.

  • Crosstrain andassistQuality Control Inspectors in various areas (including the Finish Shop).

  • Actively promote a safe working environment (as applicable) throughout the entire factory.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Strong listening and communication skills.

  • Ability toidentifyand resolve complex issues.

  • Effective participation inteamenvironment.

  • Ability to use and read measuring tape, micrometers, calipers,multimeter, and other measuring devices in the performance of their duties.

  • Ability tooperateelectronic devices such as iPhone, iPad, etc.

  • Use of Microsoft Suite products such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.

  • A willingness toacquirenew skills and embrace emerging technologies.

  • A strong work ethic and a "can-do" attitude.

Education and Experience

  • 3+ Years of Construction Industry Experience.

  • Driver's License and Reliable Transportation.

  • OSHA 30 and Statelicensepreferred but notrequired.

Physical Requirements

  • Dress appropriately for the work performed and meeting all company safety requirements.

  • Continual walking, standing, climbing, stooping, bending, kneeling, reaching, and heavy lifting and carrying.

  • Exposure to temperatures and varying inside conditions.
