Job description

Adecco is hiring Quality Control Technicians with our client located in New Albany, IN. Quality Control Technicians do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with rates starting at $17.00/hr., plus available overtime. In this role, you will inspect and test mobile devices to assess their condition, identify and document any issues, perform precise component-level repairs by analyzing problems and applying solutions, skillfully handle small parts and tools, maintain a clean and safe workspace, follow established protocols, and accurately record all inspection and repair results.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Basic knowledge of commonly used repair tools such as torque drivers and screwdrivers

  • Ability to perform mobile device repairs at the component level

  • Strong analytical skills to identify issues, determine root causes, and develop repair solutions

  • Precision and dexterity to handle small components and tools carefully

  • Willingness to learn; experience preferred but not required

  • Understanding of mobile device hardware components (circuit boards, displays) is a plus
