Role Overview

Inner Circle Agency is supporting the firm in hiring a seasoned Paralegal with strong experience in corporate transactions, RDPRM searches, land registry work, document preparation, and closing support. The ideal candidate is independent, resourceful, and able to hit the ground running.


Key Responsibilities

Prepare financing, corporate, and transactional documents
Conduct RDPRM searches, Land Register searches, and produce summaries
Assist with corporate transactions, including M&A, real estate, and insolvency files
Manage closing checklists, documents, and execution packages
Coordinate with financial institutions, lawyers, and stakeholders
Provide assistant-level support such as email management and file organization
Maintain accuracy and consistency across all workflow steps


Qualifications

Required:
Minimum 5 to 6 years of direct transactional paralegal experience
Strong knowledge of RDPRM, Land Register, and corporate procedures
Ability to work autonomously with minimal training
