Your Passion
QC Supply is seeking an experienced Warehouse Delivery Specialist for our Cassville, Missouri branch. This position is responsible for processing of all inventory transaction within the facility from receiving of product through to billing to the customer. This role is also responsible for delivery of equipment and product to local customers. This role splits time between the distribution center (approx. 60%) and customer deliveries (approx. 40%).
Individual must pass a background check as well as a pre-employment drug screening and have a clean driving record. Candidate must be able to lift over fifty pounds. This position requires a Class A CDL and Hazardous Material endorsement.
Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics: Deliver product safely to local customers.
  • Receiving: Verify inbound product and enter data into Microsoft NAV.
  • Staging: Put away inbound materials into specific warehouse bins.
  • Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship products to customers and partners.
  • Retail Support: Transfer and stock inventory in our onsite retail space.
  • Inventory Control: Assist with regular cycle counts and physical audits.
  • Teamwork: Maintain a positive attitude and collaborate with coworkers.
  • Upkeep: Handle general housekeeping for warehouse and retail zones.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Core Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Licensing: Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • CDL Credentials: Class A CDL with a Hazardous Materials (HazMat) endorsement.
  • Compliance: Valid DOT Medical Card and ability to pass random quarterly drug/alcohol screenings.
  • Screening: Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Communication: Ability to read and understand basic English.
  • Environment: Thrive in a fast-paced, customer-driven setting
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in warehouse and distribution environments.
  • Experience using portable technology and scanners in a warehouse.
  • Strong understanding of baseline inventory control concepts.
  • Active forklift certification (experience with stand-up and sit-down lifts).
Physical Requirements
  • Lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Stand and walk for up to 100% of the shift.
  • Regularly climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
