PRODUCTION and QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT

Pay: $20/hr

schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Detail-oriented and dependable production professional responsible for setting up jobs, producing, inspecting, finishing, and packaging products while maintaining high quality standards. Requires a high school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, ability to pass background/OIG/MVR checks, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ideal candidates have production, shipping, and receiving experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork, safety, and efficiency in a manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and prepare production jobs according to specifications
  • Complete production, finishing, and packaging tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Perform quality inspections and identify defects or inconsistencies
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Requirements:
  • 18 years or older with a High school diploma or equivalent required
  • ability to pass required background, OIG, and MVR checks
  • Able to perform physical movement, bending, reaching, turning, stooping and lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Prior experience in a production, shipping and receiving
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office
