**Key Responsibilities:**

- Manage and organize the daily schedule, including setting appointments, meetings, and reminders to ensure efficient time management.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and handling inquiries professionally.
- Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and travel arrangements, including logistics and documentation.
- Maintain an organized filing system, both digital and hard copy, for easy retrieval of information.
- Order and manage office supplies inventory to ensure operational needs are met.
- Support other departments with clerical duties as needed, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Develop and maintain administrative processes to improve efficiency and workflow.
**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
