Job Summary
QSAC's Billing and Family Services department is hiring! We are in need of a detailed Program Fiscal Analyst who has an eye for detail, a knack for monitoring budgets and providing overall accounting and compliance reconciliation.
The salary range for this position is $47,000-$52,000 annually.
Analysis, Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and policies, as well as QSAC specific policies and procedures
  • Review and complete billing for individuals across various QSAC programs
  • Review remittance statements and report to supervisor.
  • Access and track pending and/or denied billing
  • Track adjustments, recoup payments and retroactive payments
  • Create fiscal reports as required
  • Develop year-end audit reports
  • Review service documentation to ensure accuracy
  • Maintain communication with program staff to ensure documentation compliance
  • Complete and update attendance records/payroll
  • Flag problems and concerns to supervisors
  • Assist in all types of Program audits (monthly, annually)
  • Protects operations by keeping information confidential
  • Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials

Qualifications & Work Experience
  • BS/BA in Finance or Accounting, required or substantial experience
  • 1-3 years of professional finance experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles along with strong analytical and strategic skills which will be used to identify financial, operational and process improvement opportunities
  • Strong system skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated track record of displaying a collaborating working style
  • Reconciliation of various accounts on a monthly basis
  • Self-motivated, self-reliant and strong work ethic
