Position Overview
We are seeking a Quality, Safety, amp; Continuous Improvement Manager to drive operational excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, increase efficiency, reduce product and time waste, and enforce accountability across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Design and implement a company-wide Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Develop and maintain SOPs across departments
  • Establish process documentation standards and revision control
  • Create quality inspection processes for field and office operations
  • Develop quality KPIs, scorecards, audits, and reporting systems
  • Lead internal quality audits and corrective action processes
  • Help prepare the company for potential future ISO 9001 certification

Operational Process Improvement
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and process gaps
  • Standardize workflows across construction and residential departments
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive accountability through measurable procedures and reporting
  • Partner with department leaders to improve consistency and execution

Safety Leadership
  • Lead and manage company safety program
  • Develop and enforce safety policies and procedures
  • Conduct jobsite safety audits and investigations
  • Coordinate OSHA compliance efforts
  • Organize safety meetings, training, and documentation
  • Monitor incident tracking and corrective action plans

5S amp; Workplace Organization
  • Implement and maintain 5S standards across offices, warehouse, fabrication shop, and vehicles
  • Improve organization, cleanliness, inventory flow, and efficiency
  • Create visual management systems and workplace standards

Training amp; Development
  • Assist in developing onboarding and process training materials
  • Support internal training initiatives and accountability systems
  • Work with leadership to create a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications:

Required
  • 5+ years of experience in quality management, operations, safety, or process improvement
  • Experience implementing systems and procedures from scratch
  • Experience with SOP development and process mapping
  • Knowledge of OSHA and construction safety standards
  • Experience with quality auditing and continuous improvement systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred
  • Experience in construction, HVAC, manufacturing, industrial, or related industries strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, or ISO systems preferred
