About the job:

As an integral member of our team, theSenior Field Service Manager will play a pivotal role shaping and executing growth strategies for the Field Services organization, optimizing operational performance across multiple territories and product lines. You will be responsible for driving the development of a compelling services portfolio, establishes service standards, and partners closely with commercial teams to accelerate above-market growth. Leads field operations, enhances customer experience, improves service delivery, and strengthens financial performance through strong leadership, commercial acumen, and operational excellence.

Currently, this is a hybrid opportunity located in Houston, TX, Greenwood, IN, or Richmond, VA.

As a part of the team, you will:

  • Secure a strong QHSE culture within the Field Service organization.
  • Manage and develop capabilities needed to support the overall Service strategy.
  • Identify training needs and keep track of FSE competence improvement and personal development and skills matrix updates accordingly.
  • Fully responsible for the Field Service cost center forecast and results including investments and monitor progress against financial targets.
  • Support proactive service sales by lead generation in collaboration with Service sales.
  • Ensure that jobs are executed according to customer relationships internally and externally.
  • Lead the team even remotely giving direction and ensuring that they are performing according with the service strategy with a strong customer orientated mindset.
  • Implement continuous efficiency improvements utilizing innovative processes and technologies.
  • Leading change management to adapt to new market demands.
  • Implement and follow up on relevant KPIs to measure and improve performance.

What you know:

You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations or related field (or equivalent experience) and:

  • 8+ years of field service or technical operations experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing managers or large field teams.
  • Demonstrated P&L responsibility.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and field service management systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
