Job Summary:
Badger Infrastructure Solutions is focused on delivering operational excellence across enterprise applications. The Senior Manager, Business Applications is responsible for leading the delivery and support of Oracle Cloud Applications while collaborating with business leaders to implement effective technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Leads delivery and operational support of enterprise business applications, including Oracle Cloud.
• Partners with business leaders to plan, prioritize, and deliver technology solutions.
• Manages and develops application delivery and support teams.
• Oversees vendors and system integrators to ensure quality, value, and reliability.
• Ensures stable operations, continuous improvement, and successful system upgrades.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10+ years of progressive business and/or IT experience in enterprise applications or ERP environments.
• 4–6 years of IT people leadership experience, including oversight of managers or senior individual contributors.
• ERP implementation or enterprise application support experience; Oracle Cloud Applications preferred.
Preferred:
• Master’s degree
