Job description

Job Summary

The Inventory Control Cycle Counter is responsible for performing daily and scheduled inventory cycle counts to ensure accurate inventory records within the distribution center. The Cycle Counter plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting internal controls, and ensuring compliance with company policies and SOX requirements.

Job Description

Perform daily cycle counts across assigned zones and locations within the distribution center.

Help keep inventory records accurate and organized by following standard procedures.

Perform slot checks.

Other job duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Relevant Work Experience

Relevant experience in inventory control and warehouse operations.

Ability to operate RF equipment, powered industrial trucks (PIT), and other warehouse tools (or willingness to learn).

Physical Requirements: Lift up to 60 pounds. Sit, walk or stand for prolong periods of time. Display specific vision abilities including, close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision and ability to adjust focus. Ability to work in hot and cold environments, (32F - 95F). Ability to encompass heights. Frequent bending and kneeling.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Relevant Work Experience

1 year of inventory experience minimum in a warehouse/distribution center or similar facility.

The anticipated salary range for this position:

$18.50 - $26.75 Hourly

The actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
