QUALITY ASSURANCE TECH
 
3rd Shift Openings in Shenandoah.
 
LLOYD, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Quality Assurance Tech. This employee would be responsible for in-process checking of tablets and bottles, release of equipment and rooms, receiving and counting labeling, sampling raw materials, mixes and tablets, in process QA checks and for other QA functions which are mandated by the GMP and the GLP Regulations of the FDA and the Corporate Operating Procedures.
 
Requirements include excellent math skills, (chemistry skills would be helpful), must be very detail and quality oriented and be able to keep accurate, legible records and prioritize daily assignments and meet deadlines; must be physically able to perform all functions of the QA technician job description, must be able to function in a teamwork environment essential both with QA peers, QC and with production, traffic and maintenance personnel, and must be able to handle balances, counting and calibration equipment.
 
The candidate must be open to additional training for QA certifications and possibly cross training in production.
