Job description

Throughout PwC, business application consultants specialise in managing the deployment and optimisation of enterprise software solutions for clients. This Senior Manager, Epic Managed Services role focuses on leading large‑scale support and optimisation engagements for healthcare providers using Epic software, ensuring operational stability, continuous improvement, and strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee large‑scale support and optimisation projects for healthcare providers.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to healthcare executives, leveraging operational knowledge.
  • Drive performance enhancements across distributed teams.
  • Lead enterprise‑level Epic managed services programs to maintain stability.
  • Foster long‑term relationships with clients through clear communication.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives within technology‑enabled environments.
  • Collaborate with teams to enhance application support and governance.
  • Analyze performance metrics to increase the benefit of Epic resources.
Required Qualifications (What You Must Have)
  • Bachelor's Degree.

The salary range for this position is $124,000 – $280,000. Actual compensation will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
