KARL STORZ is seeking a Logistics Center Associate I to join our dynamic Logistics Center team. In this role, you will support critical material handling and returns processing operations that keep our business-and our customers-running smoothly. This opportunity is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in a hands-on environment and want to grow within a company committed to continuous improvement (LEAN), teamwork, and operational excellence.
You'll work closely with SAP systems, handle customer returns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams-all while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and productivity.
What You'll Do
  • Process customer returns accurately, efficiently, and on time
  • Document receipt of returned materials with strong attention to detail
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to returns and follow up to completion
  • Execute SAP transactions related to material handling and logistics processes
  • Support additional logistics tasks and fill in across roles as needed
  • Follow established safety, quality, and productivity standards

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using SAP systems

Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on position. Candidates must be able to:
  • Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs with assistance
  • Push and pull loads up to 320 lbs and operate a manual pallet jack
  • Perform frequent movement including standing, walking, bending, reaching, and grabbing
  • Occasionally use a warehouse ladder to access shelving
