Job description

As Team Lead (m/f/d) Fulfillment, you will be responsible for our growing fulfillment team and ensure that our high-tech drones reliably reach customers worldwide—from production to delivery. In this role, you will be responsible for international order and shipping processing as well as intercompany material supply, ensuring that all processes run efficiently, in compliance with regulations, and with a customer-first focus.

You will work closely with stakeholders from Sales, Production, Purchasing, and Finance, and support both the Commercial and Governmental divisions in the professional handling of international customer orders. With your expertise in export control, customs, and foreign trade, you will make a significant contribution to the global scaling of Quantum Systems.

What is your Day to Day Mission:
  • Technical and managerial leadership of the fulfillment team
  • Responsibility for international order and shipping processing
  • Ensuring efficient shipping operations, including customs, foreign trade, and export control processes (EU & third countries)
  • Management and optimization of intercompany material supply between international locations
  • Coordination with production, purchasing, and sales to ensure on-time deliveries
  • Identification of opportunities for improvement and implementation of sustainable process optimizations
  • Collaboration with internal and external partners to ensure a smooth supply chain
  • Support during audits and ensuring adherence to legal and internal compliance requirements
What you bring to the team:
  • A university degree with a focus on logistics, supply chain management, international trade, or a comparable education
  • At least 10 years of professional experience in order processing, fulfillment, international trade, or international logistics
  • Proficiency in using ERP systems
  • In-depth knowledge of export controls, customs, and international shipping processes
  • Extensive management experience and strong leadership skills
  • A structured and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as a high degree of self-motivation.
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, engaging demeanor
  • Enthusiasm for innovative technologies, ideally in the fields of drones, aviation, and aerospace
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English
