Position Responsibilities

  • Own procurement strategy for IT hardware, software and services, aligning sourcing decisions with business goals.

  • Lead vendor relationships, including negotiations, contract optimization and performance management.

  • Analyze technology spend and market trends, leveraging reporting and dashboards to inform sourcing strategy and drive cost savings.

  • Oversee and continuously improve procurement processes, including purchase order workflows, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

  • Partner with IT and business leaders across North America to align purchasing priorities and influence decisions through data-driven insights.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Technology or related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in purchasing, vendor relations and contract negotiations.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
