Job description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead operations for a popular, high-volume fast-casual restaurant concept in Washington, DC. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing high-performing teams, and driving operational excellence.

Working alongside the General Manager, you'll play a key role in leading both Front-of-House and Back-of-House operations while ensuring outstanding food quality, service, and profitability.

  • Experience with restaurant management systems such as Toast, Paycom, HotSchedules, TripleSeat, RESY, or OpenTable is highly preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Arts, or a related field is a plus
