Job description

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the Regional Contracting Office of MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO.Qualifications:GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: planning, coordinating and managing the purchase card program; ensuring regulatory compliance with federal laws and regulations; providing technical guidance regarding contracting procedures; AND analyzing policy and procedural problems.
GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: assisting with planning, coordinating and managing the purchase card program; ensuring regulatory compliance with federal laws and regulations; providing technical guidance regarding contracting procedures; AND analyzing policy and procedural problems.
