We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Project Manager to join our team in Paris, Ontario. This role is ideal for professionals with experience managing projects within a manufacturing, print, fabrication, retail display, or custom production environment.

Reporting to the Manager of Client Services, you will oversee the successful execution of custom projects for existing clients and new initiatives. You will work closely with Sales and Account Managers while collaborating with Production Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to client expectations.

This position is currently open and reflects a new position created to support organizational growth.

The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience, education, and internal equity. This range is provided to ensure clarity and promote equitable access to employment opportunities.


When your actions lead to success:

  • Understand project requirements, objectives, timelines, and deliverables while collaborating with Sales and Account Management teams
  • Develop, manage, and execute project plans from project approval through final invoicing
  • Monitor project progress daily, identifying potential risks and implementing solutions proactively
  • Track project costs against budgets and address any variances
  • Coordinate the preparation, approval, and availability of documentation, artwork, specifications, samples, and other materials required for production
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing expectations and providing regular project updates
  • Collaborate closely with Production Managers to oversee work order progress through pre-production, manufacturing, quality inspection, shipping, and installation
  • Act as the primary point of coordination between departments to ensure seamless project execution
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the overall success of the project management team
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Experience in project management, coordination, or client service within a manufacturing, production, retail operations, or custom project environment
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
  • Experience in custom manufacturing, print, signage, display, packaging, or fabrication environments
  • Knowledge of ERP systems; experience with PACE ERP is considered a strong asset
  • Background in print production and fabrication processes
  • PMP certification or active pursuit of PMP designation
  • Proven ability to navigate project challenges and adapt to changing priorities
