  • They will check grammar spelling tone formatting links metadata page consistency accessibility basics and adherence to approved content and governance standards.
  • They will serve as a key quality gate before content is reviewed approved and published.


Key responsibilities

  • Review content for grammar spelling punctuation clarity tone and adherence to editorial brand and user experience standards.
  • Check for broken links outdated references inconsistent terminology formatting issues and duplicate information.
  • Validate that metadata tags ownership fields and other required content fields are complete where applicable.
  • Perform basic accessibility checks including heading structure link clarity image alt text and scannability.
  • Confirm that CMS updates match approved content or feedback.
