Job description

RQ16654 CMG Brand - Associate Producer
Global Technology Brand (In-House Agency Environment)
Morrisville, NC (Hybrid: 3 days onsite)
Hourly pay rate: $36.06 per hour
The Job:
Join the internal brand studio of a global Fortune 500 technology company located in Morrisville, NC (RTP) that operates like a high-performing in-house agency producing premium, large-scale content across digital, social, and broadcast channels.
As an Associate Producer, you’ll support senior producers in bringing high-impact brand campaigns to life while building toward owning production for lower-funnel digital content. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, values structure and precision, and wants to grow into a full brand content producer.
What You’ll Do:
  • Production Execution
    • Support end-to-end production across video and digital content
    • Partner with Creative, Strategy, Design, Project Management, and Procurement teams
    • Assist in building production schedules, estimates, and timelines
    • Coordinate vendor sourcing, bookings, and logistics
  • Asset & Content Management
    • Organize and distribute assets across global stakeholders
    • Maintain logs, track deliverables, and ensure version accuracy
    • Update scripts and manage “as produced” documentation for approvals
    • Support voiceover casting, bookings, and contracts
  • Post-Production Support
    • Assist with rough cut reviews and final quality control
    • Ensure assets meet brand and delivery standards
    • Manage final asset collection and project wrap documentation
  • Process & Optimization
    • Track budgets and production actuals
    • Support completion reports and post-project analysis
    • Help identify efficiencies for scaling content production globally

What You Bring
  • Required Experience
    • Portfolio required (applications without one will not be considered)
    • 3+ years in a production company, advertising agency, or in-house brand team
    • Experience supporting content production workflows (not PR or communications)
    • Strong attention to detail, especially around brand presentation and asset accuracy
    • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Tools & Technical Skills
    • Adobe Premiere (basic editing: string-outs, duplication, light edits)
    • Basic familiarity with Adobe After Effects
    • Advanced Microsoft Office / OneDrive / SharePoint
  • Experience with:
    • Monday.com
    • Showbiz (or similar budgeting tools)
    • AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) – a plus

Work Style & Mindset
  • Organized, proactive, and accountable
  • Calm under pressure with shifting timelines
  • Collaborative and effective across cross-functional teams
  • Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn new systems and processes

Preferred Background
  • Experience in a large, enterprise or global brand environment
  • Exposure to broadcast/TV or network-level production workflows
  • Background supporting high-volume or multi-market campaigns

What Will Set You Apart
  • Hands-on content creation or editing experience
  • Early adoption or interest in GenAI tools for content production
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a structured, corporate brand environment
  • A strong learning mindset—you actively seek out new tools, processes, and skills

This is a production operations role within a brand system, not a purely creative position.
Why This Role Stands Out
  • Work on globally visible, high-quality brand content
  • Gain experience inside a best-in-class in-house agency model
  • Build toward owning production for digital brand campaigns
  • Exposure to enterprise-scale tools, workflows, and cross-functional teams

Interview Process
  • 1st Round: Hiring Manager (experience + portfolio deep dive)
  • Final Round: Team and production capability assessment

Timing
  • Target hire: ASAP
  • Decision timeline: by June 29

Apply!
Please submit:
  • Resume
  • Portfolio (required) – clearly highlight your role in each project

Successful Candidates Do These Well:
  • Clearly articulate their ownership vs. team contributions
  • Understand how content ties to brand and business goals
