Job description

About AMC Health

AMC Health is a leader in virtual care, with more than two decades of experience helping health plans, government agencies, providers, and clinical research organizations extend care beyond the four walls of clinical settings. Our outcomes are peer-reviewed and independently validated, including published studies demonstrating significant reductions in hospital readmissions, and our work spans some of the largest RPM programs in the country.

We're at an inflection point: expanding commercial momentum, a growing rural health opportunity, and AI-powered capabilities backed by clinical evidence most competitors can't match. What we need now is visibility to match the substance.

About the role

You'll own earning external validation for AMC Health across our markets, everything that makes third parties recognize, cite, and recommend us. That means producing executive content and getting it placed, building our flagship research program, developing customer proof, and managing our presence with analysts, awards programs, and industry events. You write it, you pitch it, you land it. You'll work alongside the marketing, product, clinical, and executive teams to drive the creation of this content and secure its placement.

What you'll own
  • Executive thought leadership — ghostwrite bylines, LinkedIn content, and speaking abstracts for our CEO and subject-matter experts in their voice
  • Earned media execution — pitch trade press (Fierce Healthcare, MedCity News, Becker's, Modern Healthcare), monitor journalist source platforms daily, coordinate interviews
  • Anchor research program — lead production of AMC Health's flagship annual outcomes report, from data to design to launch campaign
  • Customer proof & case studies — produce the third-party validation stories that fuel PR, sales, and RFPs
  • Analyst relations — own KLAS, AVIA, and industry analyst briefings, submissions, and relationships
  • Awards & recognition pipeline — own the calendar, write the narratives, file the submissions
  • Speaking, podcast & conference visibility — identify CFPs and shows, draft submissions, prep and media-train executives, coordinate press presence at key industry events
  • Press releases & announcements — write and distribute, including partner and customer co-announcements; build the amplification playbook for contract wins
  • Amplification & measurement — turn every placement into multi-channel content; own share-of-voice tracking and coverage reporting to leadership
What we're looking for
  • 4–7+ years in PR, communications, or journalism, healthcare/B2B strongly preferred
  • Already has existing media relationships and experience working with clinical/scientific source material
  • Exceptional writer, fast and versatile. You can go from a peer-reviewed abstract to a byline intro to an exec LinkedIn post in one afternoon
  • Skilled at using AI tools strategically to scale content production while maintaining quality, accuracy, and an authentic executive voice
  • Self-directed and execution-hungry; comfortable being the whole engine, not managing one
