Substitute Health Associates
Candidates who meet the District's requirements will be contacted by Human Resources.
Eligibility: LPN and/or RN licensure is required. First Aid and CPR certification preferred. Prior experience in pediatrics, school nursing, generalized nursing, first aid, triage and/or public or mental health is preferred.
Job Description: The substitute health associate will be responsible for providing skilled nursing services, medical treatments, health education, evaluation, health screening services, medication administration, and the maintenance of health records in the absence of the regular health associate.
Wage: The substitute health associate pay rate is $130.00 for a full day and $62.50 for a half day.
Application Procedure: Qualified candidates should apply online at www.isd110.org. Application materials must include an ISD 110 application, letter of introduction, resume, LPN or RN license, and CPR certification.
Orientation: All applicants offered placement on the district's substitute list are required to attend new substitute orientation.
