Job description

Seeking a Senior PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional Consultant with 8+ years of experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and technical expertise across FSCM modules, integrations, enhancements, upgrades, testing, and production support.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Provide functional and technical support for PeopleSoft FSCM applications.
  • Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical and functional solutions.
  • Configure, develop, test, and support PeopleSoft enhancements and customizations.
  • Support GL, AP, AR, Billing, Purchasing, eProcurement, Asset Management, Project Costing, and Cash Management.
  • Develop and troubleshoot Application Engine, SQR, PeopleSoft Integration Broker, Component Interface, Process Scheduler, and SQL.
  • Support REST/SOAP integrations, XML, JSON, and file-based interfaces.
  • Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, upgrades, retrofit analysis, and deployments.
  • Perform production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident resolution.
  • Prepare functional/technical documentation and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
  • 8–15 years of PeopleSoft FSCM Techno-Functional experience.
  • Experience with at least 4 PeopleSoft FSCM modules.
  • Minimum 2 end-to-end PeopleSoft FSCM implementations.
  • Strong PeopleTools experience, including Application Designer, Application Engine, Integration Broker, SQR, and SQL.
  • Experience with enterprise production support and critical incident management.
  • Strong knowledge of P2P, O2C, and R2R business processes.
  • Experience with SDLC, ITIL, ServiceNow, and onsite/offshore delivery models.
  • Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
