PTF employees have flexible schedules and may work varying hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the postal facility. Unlike full-time employees, PTFs do not have a fixed schedule but may receive benefits such as health insurance and paid leave, depending on their collective bargaining agreement.
