PTF employees have flexible schedules and may work varying hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the postal facility. Exceptional communication, mentorship, and organizational skills help in engaging students and collaborating with colleagues. These skills ensure effective instruction, foster student success, and support the advancement of the physical therapy profession.
