Medical Receptionist - Evaluation Clinic (No Treatment Setting)About the Role
The IMA Group is seeking a professional and patient-focused Medical Receptionist to support our evaluation-based clinic in Mechanicsburg, PA. Unlike traditional healthcare settings, our team conducts **scheduled medical evaluations only-no ongoing treatment or care coordination-**allowing for a structured, efficient, and predictable workflow.
You will serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a smooth, organized, and respectful experience for every patient.
What You'll Do
  • Greet patients and create a welcoming, professional environment
  • Manage check-in/check-out and maintain accurate patient records
  • Schedule appointments and support daily clinic flow
  • Answer phones and assist with patient inquiries
  • Perform administrative tasks including data entry and documentation
  • Partner with clinical staff to ensure a seamless evaluation process
