Job description

Bring your passion for Pilates to a team that loves movement, community, and member results. We're looking for a Pilates Reformer Instructor who can light up the studio, deliver safe and effective classes, and create an experience that keeps members coming back for more.
What you'll do
  • Deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience to every member, every time.
  • Lead upbeat, safe and effective Reformer classes that exceed expectations.
  • Create a positive, encouraging atmosphere and motivate members to reach their goals.
  • Be available before/after class to answer questions and get sessions paid, scheduled, and redeemed correctly.
  • Conduct at least five demo sessions per month (or as required).
  • Keep the studio tidy-reset equipment and maintain cleanliness after every class.
  • Track class stats, follow payroll and sub policies, and attend required meetings & trainings.
  • Report safety or equipment issues promptly to the Pilates Director or General Manager.
  • Stay current with certifications & continuing education and attend peer classes twice monthly.
  • Flex your schedule-early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Position Requirements
  • Current Pilates Reformer Certification from one of the following: Balanced Body, Polestar Pilates Education, PHI, or STOTT (Comprehensive Matwork & Reformer/CMR recognized).
  • Nationally recognized Pilates certification from a Onelife Fitness-accepted provider.
  • Current CPR/AED certification.
  • Experience teaching group fitness and/or personal training preferred (not required).
