This is more than a call center role. As a Crisis Call Center Specialist (CCCS), you’ll play a vital role within a Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP), working at the intersection of behavioral health and emergency response. You’ll collaborate with 988, 911, law enforcement, EMS, and community providers to ensure individuals in crisis receive timely, trauma-informed, and clinically appropriate care.

Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with 988 and PSAP standards

Preferred:
