Join us-and be part of something that matters. The Field Service Representative is the first line of contact to the end user for all 3Si products and will be responsible for installing, maintaining, servicing, and training customers on our products in financial branches, retail stores, and ATM cash machines. This role requires interacting with our customers, which includes employees in financial branches, retail stores, third party vendors, and corporate security managers. This role will cover all service-related activities in Kentucky / Ohio / Indiana.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Successfully interact with 3Si customers, bank and retail personnel.
  • Install, maintain, service and upgrade all products in a safe and professional manner.
  • Provide support for internal Sales and Customer Operations teams.
  • Respond promptly to service calls while ensuring meeting customer service level agreement requirements.
  • Manage the territory's customer base and provide training to ensure the highest levels of customer confidence and satisfaction.
  • Efficiently manage time, territory, and inventory.
  • Perform all other duties and responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong time management skills
  • Able to effectively manage inventory
  • Customer service/support skills a must

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Electronics or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of relative experience working in a field service role
  • Experience working with digital CCTV systems: IP cameras, Network Video Recorders, IP networks is a plus
  • Valid driver's license and driving record that satisfies 3Si's safety requirements
  • Pre-employment background check and drug screening

Additional Comments
  • The position will be based in Cincinnati
  • Standard workdays for this role are Monday through Friday
  • 40% of travel which includes both local and overnight
  • Must be able to climb and work on ladders of various heights.

Salary range: $60,000-$65,000 annually
