Job description

Orbis Surgery Center is looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Vascular Access Care Coordinator. In this key position, you will actively cultivate referral sources, identify growth opportunities, coordinate patient assessments and appointments, and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from referral through treatment.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and relationship-building skills. You will need to be able to work independently and be comfortable working in a performance-driven, field-based environment with measurable referral and growth expectations. The ideal candidate with have experience in healthcare marketing, business development, sales, referral development, or provider relations. Dialysis experience also a plus.
This position requires approximately 90% daily local travel in the Houston metroplex. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
