When you join SA, you play a part in giving every student who walks through our doors a fair shot at reaching his or her potential. Success Academy seeks an Program Manager, Enrollment to join our growing team as we begin our expansion to Florida! The Enrollment team manages the new scholar lottery, waitlist management, centralized scholar movement operations, and all ATS functions, as well as coordinating all new scholar onboarding processes. Under the supervision of the Head of Enrollment, and working closely with a broad base of constituents at both the Network and School levels, the Program Manager, Enrollment will be responsible for planning and coordinating core Enrollment operations for our new schools in Florida, from our network headquarters in NYC. Specifically, the Program Manager, Enrollment (Florida) will: * Maintain the Florida Enrollment workflow calendar of events, processes, and communications * Coordinate and manage team and inter departmental agendas and publish post-meeting summaries * Become a subject matter expert in all F.A.S.T.E.R. & Florida state Automated Student Information System functions and operations * Manage and execute all F.A.S.T.E.R. & Florida state Automated Student Information System deliverables in collaboration with the Enrollment Temp team. * Support the launch of the SA Florida New Scholar Application, monitor daily metrics, and manage all application related tickets. * Assist with the SA Florida lottery process, including quality checks for student application data entry and adherence to lottery preferences * Regularly audit SalesForce and SIS data to evaluate registration and enrollment data. * Collaborate on data-driven adjustments to registration and recruitment activities.

  • Monitor, resolve, and respond to all enrolment escalation tickets
  • Assist with data mining and research as needed
  • Support the Enrollment team as needed
REQUIRED SKILLS * Project Management: Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus. Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude. * Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. Excellent problem solving, documentation and communication skills. Sense of humor required. * Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and optimize Salesforce for better performance. Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards. Demonstrated ability to identify the need for and create processes where none existed * Business Analysis Skills: Proficient in analyzing business processes and requirements, and translating them into technical solutions. Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. * Self Starter: Ability to work autonomously and in a self-directed manner with minimal supervision on both long and short term projects without hesitation to manage up to the Head of Enrollment when necessary.
