Job description

SUMMARY
Hayes Gibson Property Services (HGPS) is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator in which is responsible for the coordination of the Social Service functions of the residents at St. Louis, MO properties. The Service Coordinator plays a critical role to support assisted housing as a platform for financial security, physical security, social connections, and the delivery of long-term community based supportive services. This includes oversight of the daily social services operation, community collaborations, development of future programs, statistical and program reporting, monitoring of program funding and reporting requirements.
A valid driver's license along with state required insurance and vehicle are required to travel from one property to the next for this position.
