We are currently seeking a Property Services Coordinator!
The Property Services Coordinator supports the daily operation and upkeep of the property, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall presentation. This role promotes resident satisfaction and curb appeal through consistent communication with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor.
Responsibilities include:
  • Monitor and follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion and resident satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular property walks to inspect for maintenance issues and curb appeal.
  • Ensure all units are properly prepared for tours, move-ins, and move-outs.
  • Oversee daily inspections for cleanliness and repairs across common areas, amenities, and property grounds.
  • Communicate promptly with the Property Manager and Maintenance Supervisor regarding any concerns or issues.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales is required.
  • Property management experience strongly preferred.
  • High levels of customer service and resident satisfaction.
  • Timely and accurate processing of administrative forms and reports.
  • Well-maintained and professionally presented property grounds and units.
