This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations of residential and/or commercial properties
Coordinate property showings and maintain flexibility for varying schedules
Communicate professionally with tenants, vendors, contractors, and prospective renters
Assist with leasing activities, tenant inquiries, and property documentation
Maintain organized records, schedules, and reports related to property management activities
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up to ensure timely completionMonitor property conditions and assist in maintaining occupancy goalsProvide excellent customer service while handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Previous property management experience required
Strong organizational and time management skillsProfessional communication and customer service abilities
