Job description

As part of our continued growith, we are looking to add a Part-Time Caretaker to our team in Pine Island!

This Part-Time, hands on position will have you responsible for maintaining the physical asset of multi-family housing properties.

Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Common area cleaning
  • Unit turnovers
  • Light grounds work and snow removal
  • Light maintenance tasks as applicable

Requirements

  • Cleaning and light maintenance experience preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to handle confidential information
  • Available for after hour emergencies as needed
