 We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of 6-20 residential, mixed-use, and commercial properties. As a key member of the management team, you will ensure tenant/unit owner/shareholder satisfaction, maintain property standards, and manage vendors while adhering to compliance requirements. This role involves on call responsibilities during business hours and offers opportunities for training, certifications, and internal promotion.

Responsibilities

  • Manage tenant/unit owner/shareholder relations and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Coordinate property maintenance and oversee vendor performance
  • Develop and manage property budgets
  • Monitor compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Prepare and present financial reports
  • Supervise staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Respond to on-call and emergency situations during business hours
