Responsibilities
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle inspections to obtain accurate repair estimates
• Handle towing and storage claims, including verifying and processing reimbursements
• Coordinate rental vehicles and manage loss of use claims for clients
• Communicate and coordinate with body shops and insurance companies regarding repairs and supplements
• Retrieve and review final repair bills to ensure accuracy for claim processing
• Verify total loss determinations, including reviewing settlement offers and actual cash value reports
• Assist in gathering and validating out-of-pocket expenses for reimbursement
• Maintain organized and up-to-date claim files, ensuring all documentation is properly tracked
• Follow up consistently with all parties to ensure timely progress and resolution of property damage claims
• Provide clear and responsive communication to clients regarding the status of their property damage matters
Qualifications
• Coordinate and manage multiple aspects of property damage claims from start to resolution
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and insurance representatives
• Maintain organized and accurate documentation across all assigned cases
• Problem-solve and address issues that may arise throughout the claims process
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support claim handling
