Youll manage intake and case flow, keep attorneys organized, and deliver great client service in a busy office.
What youll do:
  • Answer multiline phones and route calls
  • Do initial client intake and document facts
  • Greet visitors; schedule and manage calendars
  • Request and organize medical records and case docs
  • Handle scanning, mailing, and file management
  • Support attorneys and legal assistants as needed
Must have qualifications:
  • 1+ year in a personal injury law firm (case management, intake, or legal assistant)
  • Comfortable with legal calendaring and document management
  • Clear communication, attention to detail, reliable follow through
Nice to have:
  • Experience with property damage workflows and medical records
  • College? Level coursework or a degree
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
