JOB TITLE: Mood Ambassador
STATUS: Full-Time
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations and Security
JOB SUMMARY:
As the Mood Ambassador, it would be your duty to contribute to and match the lively, energetic, enthusiastic, and high-spirited environment that Circa Hospitality Group exhibits. This role is ideal for someone naturally extroverted and energetic, who can effortlessly capture attention and welcome guests into our property with a blend of professionalism and enthusiasm.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting the Company Service and Operating Standards at all times.
  • Respond to in-person Guest questions and inquiries in a manner that reflects a high-minded understanding of the properties and promotions.
  • Must be able to apply discernment skills when approaching the public.
  • Responsible for verifying the age and authenticity of identification provided by Guests before entering the property.
  • Must present self with attention to detail in personal appearance and hygiene.
  • Must be willing to show off a vibrant personality that radiates to our Guests and the public.
  • Comfortability with potential to appear in Company marketing materials and promotions.
  • Recognize, relay and occasionally respond to emergency situations by observing, and reporting unusual or suspicious behavior.
  • Must feel comfortable and confident in de-escalation situations and remain professional under all circumstances.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Ability to read and speak English and communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members, and Management in both written and verbal form.
  • Availability to work any day of the week and any shift including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong and energetic social skills.
  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain all required work cards.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Team Members and Guests.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Complete property academy and training as assigned.

PHYSICAL, MENTAL, AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Requires normal, corrective vision range, with the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
  • Work is typically in an area which may be noisy, crowded, hot, cold, and may contain secondhand smoke.
  • Must be equipped to handle different weather conditions as job functions are primarily performed in a non-sitting, outdoor and/or indoor environment.
  • Requires the ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of a 10-hour shift apart from breaks.
  • Constant contact with fellow Team Members and especially, Guests.
