While both roles involve interaction with prospective tenants and promoting properties, a Property Ambassador primarily focuses on representing and marketing properties to visitors, often in a promotional or brand ambassador capacity. A Leasing Agent, on the other hand, handles the leasing process, including showing units, processing applications, and finalizing lease agreements. Both roles require real estate knowledge and excellent communication skills, but their core responsibilities differ in scope and focus.
